#6 will miss
everything being nearby and most open 24hrs. we're that close to Disney/universal studios/sea world. so, everything to open either late or 24hrs. you want to grocery shop at 3am? go to a restaurant at 3 am? tattoo? or whatever. yeah, it's open.
Reminds me of when we lived in South San Francisco. Having so much open 24-7 was really nice. There was a pizza place (open 24 hours) about a block from our place. One night we ordered at 2:00 a.m. They asked if we wanted it delivered, and we said, no, we'd just come get it. We were so close, why not? After living in rural areas for years, that was a treat for us!
